If you are planning to attend one of the Teachout Institutions, please contact their admissions office to determine how they are receiving EGCC Transcripts.

All degree conferred by the College prior to closing were valid since EGCC was accredited through October 31, 2024.  EGCC is making arrangements to ensure that transcripts and other educational records will be available indefinitely to students and alumni.

If you did not receive your diploma from Eastern Gateway Community College (EGCC) or need a replacement, you can request one for a fee of $25. To begin the process, please visit the parchment website.
You will receive an email notification once your digital diploma is available. Please note that it typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive the physical copy by mail.
