Eastern Gateway Community College to Hold Adjunct Recruiting Event

The Youngstown campus of Eastern Gateway Community College will hold an event to recruit adjunct professors on Friday, June 16, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Youngstown campus is located at 139 E. Boardman Street.

A master’s degree and at least 18 credit hours completed in the desired teaching discipline are requirements for prospective adjunct instructors. Applicants should have available unofficial transcripts, a resume and at least three professional references.

 The priority disciplines for adjunct instructors include, but are not limited to:

  • English I & II
  • Economics
  • Business
  • Healthcare Management
  • Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Art History
  • Math
  • Communications
  • History
  • Finance
  • Criminal Justice
  • Paralegal
  • Accounting
